I have an eclectic and integrative approach that is centered on, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Theoretically, I work from a relational and interpersonal, humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and somatic lens. I view intergenerational experiences as valuable information to understanding aspects of you and will invite you to share family histories of struggle and resiliency in our work together.

I am also able to offer EMDR, which is one of the top internationally-recognized therapy modalities for PTSD and recovery from distressing life events.

“The things that go unsaid are often the things that eat at you.”
